Refund policy

At MooseGirl, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, or if an item is faulty, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or refund. Please report any shortages or damages to us within 72 hours of delivery.

Change of Mind
We understand that preferences can change! If you decide to return an item simply because you changed your mind, the item must be in its original, unused condition. Items that have been worn or used are ineligible for change-of-mind refunds, as we only offer brand-new products.

Returns Timeline

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (or 28 days during the Christmas period).
  • Before returning any item, please contact us for free return options by email at info@moosegirl.com.au or by phone at 0422 684 594 (during business hours). We’ll guide you through the return process.
    • Note: Free returns are appliable for faulty and incorrectly sent items. Free returns are generally not available for "Change of Mind".
  • Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
