Shipping policy

MooseGirl currently ships with Australia Post to everywhere in Australia.

We typically manage to post out all goods within 24 hours of being ordered.

Since we ship from Adelaide (and not from some obscure overseas location!), you can expect to receive your order as quickly as Australia Post can deliver it. With our standard shipping offer, this should take between 6-12 days. With express shipping, you ought to have it in your hands (or on your head) within 1-3 days. It's often on the shorter end of that range, but we can't actually guarantee it – remote locations may result in some further delays. If you find yourself waiting for too long, please do contact us ASAP, so we can chase it up or offer you a refund. We want you to have a good experience!
